Ever wonder how to delete a defined Virtual machine storage and Personal vDisk storage in Desktop Studio? This article describes a way to delete defined storage for both virtual machines and Personal vDisks. (The Hypervisor used in this example was VMWARE vSphere 4.x).

This article describes on how to modify the Citrix Personal vDisk allocation to address your specific needs. By default the allocation is a 50-50 split, meaning that 50% of the space on the Personal vDisk is allocated for Applications and 50% for User Profile needs.

If you plan to utilize Citrix XenDesktop 5.6 Personal vDisk and Citrix Profile Management, you will be required to make a registry modification in order for the Profile Management to work properly.
